The method is the product. Tracking builds habits. Cycles make them last. ## Authorship and attribution The Habit Cycles method was developed by **Jamie Murphy**. All content on this site (every essay, every glossary entry, every framework concept) is **written by Jamie Murphy**. He is both the originator of the method and the author of the work documenting it.
